Well, it’s been cold, wet windy, frosty but those weeds do not sleep! An ongoing job for sure.
Thought I would write a little about some herbs that might help with high blood pressure, cholesterol.
Of course, Antioxidants help with strengthening your blood vessels, that’s been a known fact for many years. And there are a big range of them available with all the scientific research on how wonderful their products are.
But to get healthier, inflammation free cells, its an ongoing process and one that is a lifetime goal/achievement.
So, I want to write about some foods, herbs that would be of benefit to obtain these healthy cells, and you would be eating the whole goodness of these foods.
First one is Apple…. I know right! but you know the saying an apple a day keeps the doctor away? Well, they were right! so good to cleanse the blood, regenerate healthy cells. One a day, how easy is that.
Beetroot, another one good to cleanse the blood etc.
All vegetables have their own unique way to help us stay healthy.
Lentils, beans, chickpeas all anti-inflammatories.
All herbs too. But to keep a healthy liver, kidney function a tea of dandelion leaf and root is easy to make and if you don’t like the bitter taste then add some honey.
So, like I said ongoing, life achievements to obtain this lifestyle is obtainable and it can be changeling, but you can do it!
